  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, the amount paid is non-refundable.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within the specified time frame.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The product must be in original condition

  • Original packaging, box, and tags must be intact

  • Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Orders returned due to customer refusal or non-availability

📦 Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact us on WhatsApp to request an exchange.

  • Once the exchange request is approved, further instructions will be shared.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) for exchanges may be borne by the customer.

❌ RTO / Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, it will not be eligible for refund.

  • Re-shipping the product (if requested) will be chargeable.
